Richard has been meeting with individual businesses to discuss the future trading of natural capital and consequently earlier this month he was asked to speak at the Thetford Business Forum. The Thetford Business Forum is a network that brings together local businesses, organisations, and community partners to support economic growth and collaboration across Thetford and the surrounding area.

At one of the forum’s business breakfast meetings, Richard outlined both the work of BFWN and the Landscape Recovery project, and the feedback he received was very positive.

By building relationships with other local organisations, we hope that BFWN can work collaboratively with businesses that may potentially be interested in Natural Capital trading and also help to educate and inform the wider community, helping more people to appreciate and enjoy the unique environment in which they live.
